"I did three different resorts at three different cities. Bacalar Playa Del Carmen and Cancun. My favorite resort was Cristalino by far. The front desk were so nice very kind great service and always smiling. The food was cultural and very delicious. The view you get while eating at the restaurant on site is the best! The pool was warm so when it was chilly it was great. The lagoon view from my room was great. The house keepers were great! They left my room spotless every time. The transportation was easy they order you a taxi, with in 5 to 10 minutes he was outside. The room service was fast and easy, your food was in your room with in 20 to 25 minutes.
