"We had a wonderful 7 day stay. The location is perfect. It is an easy drive to all the towns in Tuscany. The property is beautiful and quiet. The views are amazing. Patrizia was a great host and very helpful with restaurant and winery recommendations."

"Dirty appliances and fixtures. Bed wildly uncomfortable and lumpy. Things falling apart in the rooms, like loose or stuck hinges, light switches, fixtures. This hotel was absolutely not worth the the price, and I actually wish there was some way I could get a partial refund. "

He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!"

He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us.
