"This is our third stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing. Everyone takes a moment to greet you if they see you professional and personable, they're all amazing from front desk to cleaning staff. The breakfast is, unremarkable. It's not bad, so no stars lost, but it's a very basic buffet and nothing spectacular about it. We had it our first morning but skipped it our second morning. Having said that, again the staff was amazing and they were great at keeping the food filled up. We travelled with a small dog this time. Their pet rate has to be one of the lowest that we ever encountered and they even had a goodie bag for the dog. We were surprised that we couldn't have the accessable room that we booked though, because of the dog. My husband had great difficulty using the regular bathroom. You would think that there would be accessible rooms available with pets due to the amount of service animals (ours is not a service animal). When we booked I asked that I he contacted if we couldn't have a pet in an accessible room and I'd find other arrangements for the dog but sadly, they didn't tell me until we were checking in so it was too late. I'm still giving this location five stars all around - that's how great the hotel and staff are. I just wish we'd known in advance about the room and the stay would have been better for my husband. "

"Only minimal concerns were; 1. Side entry doors closed at 8 so had to go clear across hotel to other side to take puppy out to do his business both late at night and wee hours of AM. One should have access with their room card no matter the time i feel. 2. Only 2 pkg of coffee so had to ask for coupke more each day we were there. 1st morning housekeeping made beds but thats it. Did not replenish coffee, empty garbage and left Kleenex empty. Just minor issues."

"This is my go to hotel every time I travel to Calgary! Yes it’s a little dated but otherwise the room is comfortable and everything worked well during my last stay. Love its location as well, as its close to a ton of amenities even within walking distance. I wish they would bring free breakfast back, even if it doesn’t have to be fancy."

"I stayed 5 days in this hotel traveling from California, the room are clean and the sheets smells good. I have one only suggestions that they have to changes there breakfast I noticed there breakfast is always they same they have to changes it every other day so the costumers don't get tired of it."
