"Every thing from check in to check out was excellent. The room was wonderful and comfortable, I slept well. The only issue was that during a conference only one elevator worked, so I actually took the stairs to the 5th floor, at least I was able to get my steps in, other than that I highly recommend this hotel. "Ice Downtown hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Did not use pool this trip. 'Hottib down until furtjer ntice'- that was disappointimg ( was closed last visit also). Breakfast has goos options. Meat, eggs, bread, bagels and waffles."
