" Beautiful Villa with excellent facilities throughout. Perfect location with the old town only 20 minutes walk and supermarkets, Lidl & Aldi 5 minutes walk away. Parking space for one car which is very private in a gated area. The area is really convenient, we drove to Silves castle and Zoomarine, I would recommend both and just 30 minutes drive. "The resort itself is impressive and golf courses are stunning. The pool area by the beach has great facilities and restaurants. The food at main reception restaurant is exceptional unfortunately the process of ordering is slow. As for the apartments, if I’d have understood the complex I would have booked a two bedroomed property or apartment. As it happened we had two separate apartments opposite each other. They were wasteful in space for two people I thought, but the main downfall was the condition, it was dated, the back sliding doors were held together with, what I can only describe as a, child kitchen cupboard safety clip. Which kept falling off. Meaning security was practically nil and void. The bathroom was so dated, grout, silicone, basins all facilities were in bad shape. The whole apartment needed a revamp. When you see the wealth of the surrounding private properties, they’re a bit of a let down, especially knowing we paid a a decent amount of money, they’re unfortunately not worth the price. I would return but not to these rooms."

"Room 205 Requested a wheelchair friendly room. They said the sea view rooms doesn’t have wheelchair access. They did help by putting a chair in the tub and a step stool. Room 205 was on the second floor. It was very noisy. You can hear the people outside talking, loud music from Jupiter hotel till midnight.asked to be moved and they told us rooms are fully booked. This ROOM was not worth the price. Not worth 400$ a night Situated near main attractions and near beach"

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
