The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles
10/10 Excellent
"I experienced some issues that were out of the hotel's control, such as construction noise around 1–2 AM. However, after a quick call just to verify the sound, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer me a room switch to the other side of the hotel. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. Thank you, guys! made some one random feel special. thanks Expedia and thanks you Westin Bonaventure Hotel and staff. "
