"This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again. "

"Excellent hotel. The eco voucher scheme works really well and gave us a lot of credit to use for meals and drinks. Staff very friendly. Breakfast superb. Evening meals were ok but not the best. Lots of safe street parking in front of hotel. Fresh cocktails! Roof top bar and pool are wonderful. "

"Second stay here and it’s fantastic again. The apartment is HUGE, only had a one bed this time but ample room for me and my son. I was ill and wasn’t allowed out in the sun but you could easily live in this apartment never mind just holiday in it. The hot tub was a life saver and I’d urge anyone to spend the extra on it, I’m going back to Tenerife in August and there’s no hot tub apartments available which is a disaster. Anyway, just stay here, it’s great. "
