"Thr apartment was clean and equipped with all the basic necessities you might need for a few day stay. All the sights are walkable distance but not f you prefer using public transportation, stops are close as well. Entry to the apartment is with your phone so make sure you have internet and charge on your phone."

"The apartment was on the top floor of a beautiful building. The apartment was perfect for our needs and as described. It was small but we only really slept and ate breakfast there as we were out a lot. Would stay there again. It was in a great location too for easy access to bars and restaurants and all the sights to see."

"This apartment was as described and worked well for my family of 5. There was plenty of space and we greatly appreciated having the elevator! The only comment is that the couches were so uncomfortable to sit on, I would consider upgrading those but otherwise it was a great property! My son forgot his stuffed animal behind and the property manager was very accommodating in mailing it to us, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks for the stay, I will definitely consider if I find myself back in...

"Convenient to major locations"

"We were 5 adults and 3 children staying here for 3 nights in early April. We loved that it was steps to the Bilbao metro station and from bus lines going to the major museums. The neighborhood has more of a local vs tourist feel and that was special. Management was very accommodating to our need for more towels and an extra pillow. Comfy beds, loved the individual bedroom a/c units. We will return, and we are also sharing this location with our friends as a recommendation."

"Located in central Madrid, 5 mins walk to Gran Via and public transport. If you like the little streets and laneways of the city, then you'll love where this property is located. Plenty of cafe's and bars in the roads around this property. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions Madrid has to offer (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market etc). So, Location wise 5 stars! "The location is perfect. There is a terrible smell that comes from the toilet. If you have a weak stomach you may not be able to handle the smell. We kept the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door closed. The noise in the apartment is 24x7. During the day foot traffic, music and partying. At night restaurant deliveries, trash pickup very loud. I wore earplugs and slept fine. Also a large person would not be able to get into the shower.
