"Staff were rude at times. I had to upgrade to fit our family in the room and the whole stay, they kept telling me the room was for 3 x people only, even to the point of housekeeping coming back to remove the extra bed they had just put up! Our room number was neither on any breakfast sheets so were always questioned if we had paid for it or not. No information on how to try the kids club. Spa staff were rude, wouldn’t even let the kids wear goggles to swim in the pool. Not a 5* experience. The hotel itself is nice and very well done."

"The hotel rates its self basic and has 2 stars and I feel it gives more back than that, so rate it excellent compared to what we expected. Room was plain but clean with fresh towel. Balcony basic. Breakfast was fab, the staff were very friendly. Pool not very clean and sun lounge area basic but we didn’t come to lie about the pool so this didn’t bother us. We would come again for the price we paid. The hotel is a nice walk away from the main shops, about 10mins. Bar prices very reasonable, sometime cheaper than the super market."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Costa Mediterraneo! It’s a perfect choice for adults who want a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff made a big difference, they were welcoming, professional, and always smiling. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job daily. I also appreciated the peaceful environment since it’s adults-only. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and everything you might need. It felt safe, convenient, and easy to explore the area. I would definitely come back again!"

"Our stay was only for 4 days and the location was perfect ! The only thing, the hotel is a bit nosy or the walls are too thin. But than again it’s right where it’s super busy by the board walk beach front !"

"Shower leaks and floods the bedroom, UBS sockets don’t work. Reported this to the front desk but issues not resolved during our 4 nights stay. Towels were worn and needs replacing. "

"Hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The self service check in was very quick and easy to use. The rooms were clean, brunch had a good variety including things for picky eaters. The only downside was the lifts were quite slow and the room doors were very noisy however we had a great stay and look forward to staying in a tent hotel again in the near future. "
