"Amazing hotel with beautiful views of the bay of magaluf. Staff were brilliant and rooms were modern and clean. My Wife lost her handbag on transfer to hotel and staff were very helpful in reclaiming it especially Pedro who went above and beyond to find it as transfer company were hopeless. Also Eva decorated room for wife's birthday while we were at beach which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back"

"The style of the property is gorgeous. Friendly staff and quick service. Hotel breakfast & dinner is outrageously good. Great vibe/atmosphere. Will stay again. Only a 2 person occupancy per room though, unless you’re traveling with a child below 11 years old. "

"This is a lovely hotel, staff are all very approachable and really helpful. It’s very clean. Food very good and decent choice. Location is perfect close to Palmanova and Portals Nous. 2 mins from bus stop where you can get regular buses into Palma (€4.80) 20 mins. The only thing we didn’t like was the paper cups supplied for hot drinks in rooms which we felt where dangerous so if you do like to have a hot drink go and ask reception for a proper cup to keep for your stay."
