"Amazing breakfast and staff were very nice and called us so we could get in earlier. Our room was on the top floor and looked out over Romney Marsh. Rye is stunning with lots to see and the hotel is at the bottom of the high street near the medieval arch"

"The experience I had at this hotel was truly a complete disappointment. From start to finish, everything was problematic. When we entered the room, the cleanliness was absolutely inadequate, with serious hygiene issues. There was a strong dog smell in the rooms, and the elevator smelled extremely bad as well. The staff were uninterested and far from being solution-oriented; whenever you raised a concern, they preferred to ignore it rather than help. Additionally, the equipment in the room was either not working or in very poor condition. You definitely do not get what you pay for here. If you want a stressful experience instead of a relaxing stay, you can choose this place—otherwise, it is somewhere you should absolutely stay away from. I strongly recommend choosing other alternatives if you don’t want to go through the same bad experience I had."
