"It was such a lovely hotel that fit right into the ambience of Old Quebec with it's old world charm and elegant look and feel that embraced us right away from the lobby to the hotel room and especially the views of the pool area from the multi level garden balconies surrounding the pool area."

"room as very nice and clean contained microwave and fridge . Underground parking was very handy and easy. Staff were wonderful and helpful Nice restaurant and loved the breakfast included would stay again "

"Had dinner at the restaurant unfortunately it was the greatest food. The salmon was grilled and was dry and over cooked. I also had fries that were over cooked. Not what I’d expect for a hotel and restaurant of this standard. "

"First when i stayed there i hated the room view in room 511, was a giant metal wall. But the manager called me and heard my concern was willing to change my room. I was very impressed of the time they take to listen to their visiters. This place is an OASIS for children. Definitely going back, highly recommend. Staff super polite, hotel makes you feel like your abroad on a resort."
