Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

"This was the first time we have ever booked an all inclusive resort and we really enjoyed it. All of the restaurants were excellent service and food was good. We enjoyed all of the planned activities on the resort throughout the week. We booked a partial ocean view walk out pool suite and enjoyed the scenery but the water was a bit colder than the pools. Therefore, we spent most of our time out by the round pool. Our servers there were awesome. Pedro, Perla and Colunga (aka Adam) really took care of us and we had a great time with them. Also, our concierge Guatemala was great. He was always able to help us with our dinner reservations and anything else we asked for. The activities crew was always amazing. They kept you busy throughout the day and made things happen even when it was raining. We enjoyed all of the entertainment in the evenings. We look forward to visiting again. It was a great first time experience!!!"

"Our stay at Moon Palace Sunrise was fantastic! This hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service was provided thru all our stay with clean towels,sheets and refreshments. All staff we encountered were attentive and friendly. There are Several pools throughout the hotel and free shuttles to their sister hotels where you can also enjoy their amenities and restaurants. One of the pools is specifically for children under 7 with a couple of slides, I have a 3 and 4 year old who love the area. Restaurants have a variety of food to enjoy Some do require reservations but we were able to access. Entertainment staff give you plenty of activity options to enjoy. Hotel also has an arcade for kids with free access to games and a bounce house. Hotel has beach access but the water wasn’t so pleasant lots of seaweed. We did reserve an all inclusive which worked out great for us. Over all we had a great time!! Best part of our trip was to see our kids smiles and happiness. Would definitely come back."
