All the staff was amazing, especially the bartenders at the “chill pool”. Our stay (family of 5) was fantastic and everyone had an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

The room was very clean when we arrived and the staff were so kind and helpful. The north pool could use some better cleaning and the kids pool is great for the kids but also needs to be maintenanced and all the restaurants at good except Sunan. Sunan needs more employees, there is only one server for the whole restaurant. Other than that I had a great vacation there.

We upgraded to corner ocean view with bigger balcony and the view was amazing the sunrise was a must see! The staff I can’t say enough about everyone never passed by without a good morning or a big smile… the food was awesome the only thing I would recommend more vegan options as my auntie was completely vegan and did not have a big selection. Other than that we loved our stay and it was a beautiful resort!

Hilton Cancun was a beautiful hotel the employees are great food was awesome.We loved our room. It definitely was family friendly which we loved.Only Disappointment was the beach unusable due to sargassum but that is not the hotel’s fault.Pool did have a lot of missing tiles but we were able to use and enjoy it.I would definitely come back

The pool was spotless, which was a huge plus. The kids’ pool floor could use a bit of TLC, but overall, it’s a fantastic place for kids to play. My kids absolutely loved it! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a relaxing atmosphere that we were looking for.

Great water park for young kids. Food was excellent at the buffet and all restaurants. Great service all around.
