Good service very attentive, food was good I just won’t stay here again because they lie to me! I paid for professional pictures and I was told I was going to receive 2 canvas to my home, of course by surprise I received 2 very large pictures with no canvas. Really disappointed. But overall good customer service

Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean and a lot of activity going on
We had an amazing time!!!! Great family get away! As a family of four we stayed in the junior ocean front suite - it was perfect❤️ My husband and I stayed in the king bed and the kids stayed on the sofa bed - they said it was very comfortable! The beach party was so fun and watching the sea turtles come in at night to lay their eggs was a breath taking experience. We ate at the buffet for breakfast and dinner - it had good variety. Breakfast was my favorite meal and the the food around the pool was my next favorite food items- the fresh tacos and the burger stand was sooooo good. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were never bored. So happy we took this trip and we will go back!
Property is in an excellent location, very clean, remodeled rooms, great place for kids they have their own section, staff was great, refilled my drinks quickly. Dislike was the wait time to check in (about 45min) and never tried the Italian since it was always a one hour wait. But overall good enough to go back.
Great location and perfect customer service! The hotel itself as well as the beach were stunningly beautiful and sparkling clean. Staff was friendly and treated us like royalty. I just wish the pools were open 24/7 or at least a few hours later than the current hours. It’s also kid-friendly! We had a great time :)
Hotel pools, Beach is really bad I had an allergic reaction because of zargazo, no body advise about this issue; also buffet closed and open for lunch very late; some restaurants closed without previous advise and some part of hotel were closed to private party; for me not a good experience at all; we feel discriminated because the way of staffs tried to us and another nationality; they were specially to another guests (not to mention where they are from) and they were trying as a second guests. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND to a friend.
Everything was amazing. Staff was really nice and felt welcoming everyday. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Disliked: Staff & service
La actitud del personal de Recepción, terrible. Las tarifas un dia son de 300.00 usd, y al siguie te, por el mismo tipo de habitación es de más de 700.00usd. No toman RESERVACIONES en domingo
All of the staff members of the resort were very friendly and helpful. I was definitely impressed. I thought the number of restaurants were appropriate for the size of the resort and the coffee shop was great as well.
Very beautiful walking in- the grounds and rooms were well kept up and beautiful- great maintenance crew, you could always see someone working to keep it perfect.
I liked access to the beach. The room was put together poorly. The tile work in bathroom was done by someone unprofessional. The balcony was so small you couldn’t sit there. The wall were so thin it sounded like there were no walls at all Restaurants were bad had to eat outside hotel Our room wasn’t ready until 6 pm
I absolutely loved the swim up balcony. The staff is friendly and very respectful. I love this resort and will highly recommend it to everyone I know. Chef CarloS.Sansores is wonderful. The entire staff especially Carlos, Cap.Saul waiter.Gasper, Abel andCap. Jesus Hunzalo.
If you’re staying at this resort be prepared to use the word “no” a lot. When you first arrive you are immediately asked to upgrade your room, in our case it was twice, as if the first upgrade we denied wasn’t good enough. Than you are shipped over to another staff member who pitches you vip membership which again, not interested just want to get to the beach after flying all day. When you finally make it out of the lobby to get to the beach, you stop for your towels. The towel hut doubles as a waterspout kiosk so every time you go to get towels you are asked if you want to sign up for any activities ( that are not included in the all inclusive). You finally make it to the beach and think “I’m finally going to relax now”. But then some one from the spa comes over to sell you massages and other packages multiple times through out the day. We actually did go to the spa one day and it was wonderful but we were annoyed that every day after that we were still bothered by them asking us if we wanted any other services. Not to mention the parasailing, jewelry, clothing, and cigars that you are asked to buy in the beach which is not the resorts fault but still just adds to the whole theme of always having to say “no”. After a long day on the beach you’re finally ready to eat something other than the buffet and would love to enjoy 1 of the 3 restaurants on site but find that they are already booked until almost 9pm even though you can’t make reservations. We ran into this problem man
Going into the vacation, I was nervous because I read a few negative reviews about the hotel but after experiencing it first hand, I can honestly say we all loved it and we look forward to returning back soon! The resort is very family friendly and always has activities going on for the kids. The staff is also very friendly.
Great resort for all ages!!! Beautiful, food is delicious, lounge is fun
