"From the minute I checked in with my family, I spent 30 minutes or so wiping down counters in kitchen, bathroom, window ledge, and the ultimate disappointment for me was noticing a brown stain on bedsheets when I lifted them back! When I contacted management to complain about these issues which was advertised as 24/7 but turns out it was only an answering service, I was told that they would try to get someone to bring me new sheets, etc. About an hour later, I followed up and the lady said she was sorry but no one’s at the site until tomorrow! I had to purchase detergent and spend 3 hours washing/drying bedsheets and pillowcases. I couldn't even rest from the long day of travel that I had with my family. Management sent a $70 gift card later that day as partial compensation but I let them know that I felt shortchanged and that they were getting off easy. Also, the location was good but they share building with 7/11 and it’s a hangout spot for some sketchy folks!"

"This little hotel just a short bit away from all the chaos is one of our favorites. Clean rooms, comfy beds, lovely courtyard and bar area. The games placed around the bar for guests to play are a fun little touch. Always a friendly staff."
