Amazing location amzing staff all and so clean and the room better then expected I’ll definitely make a visit same place

Didn’t have much of a Mountain View, but the room was spacious and perfect! They had champagne and snacks in my room. The staff was first class. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! Just perfect!!!

Nice hotel located out of the hustle and rush of Andorra. Restaurant food was good and front desk staff was helpful. One negative thing that did occur is after dinner, we sat in the bar area at one of the tables. Not a soul approached to offer service, which we found to be quite disheartening considering the experience up to that point. After waiting 25 minutes, and simply being stared by the staff, we just went to our room.

Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel.

The staff was very good! Quick check in and check out. Very helpful regarding the local area and places to eat. The breakfast was outstanding! We enjoyed out visit.

Loved this place. The views from floor -3 and up are epic. The Pub and breakfast staff are amazing, but especially Nico and Josefina. All of the women at the front desk are especially helpful. The only con was that a bees nest was hidden in the panels outside our windows and there are no a/c or screens (nets) so we had to pick stuffy room or several bees. We moved rooms later in the stay and had zero issues with this however.

Simply amazing place! Location - unbeatable. Cliffs to the mountains are right outside your window. Canillo is small, walkable, and near a ton of hiking, skiing, or natural beauty in general. Room - excellent. Spacious, with comfortable beds, deep and comfy bathtub, mini-fridge. While Andorra isn't nearly as hot as most of Europe in a heatwave, we welcomed air conditioning that could always keep up with necessary cooling. Parking - great. The location, property, restaurants and staff were amazing. Ask about renting an ebike from Skiz. They are extremely accommodating and the experience riding around Soldue was awesome

It is very nice large apartment. The kitchen was well equipped the people and the reception area for check in and chec out were pleasant

Positive: The apartment is very cozy and super useful if you are staying for a few days - great kitchen and lots of space. They were also recently renovated and were very clean. It is very close to Grandvalira / Port d'Envalira. We did not have any problems with parking. The views are amazing. Negative: It is a little far from markets / larger cities, so you probably should prepare in advance if you want to make food in the apartment. Our bed was also not that confortable.

I loved the place and the service. The check in process after hours was a little difficult but staying there was worth it.
