Guest Access You will have access to the entire Penthouse Suite during your stay. There is keyless entry to the suite; a code will be provided to you after you book with us. We do not live on site, but are a quick message or phone call away!
Parking is provided, and located underground in the building next door, which is a very short walk across the alley.
All guests of Parkland 301 have full access to the pool, hot tub and gym facilities in the Grande Rockies resort which is conveniently located right next door (Alberta restriction exemption program applies).
