Housekeeping was consistently excellent and scheduled at a time that was most convenient for us. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk. Overall, our experience was seamless and exceeded expectations. "This was the second stay for us at the Hotel Santa Maria Novella. All that we loved about it the first time we enjoyed again. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good, the bar is fantastic, the location is fabulous for walking around the core area of Florence. While we did get an upgrade with a sitting area, the room was a bit dark, but our kids' room was very bright with a great view as was the case with our first visit. We would definitely return on our next trip to Firenze!"

We truly loved our stay at Bernini Palace. The service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations and reservations. Truly a pleasure. The daily breakfast buffet was just excellent. So much variety and beautifully presented. The rooms were just stunning. The decor and service levels added to the enjoyment of our stay in Florence.
