"The staff at Hotel Nederland REALLY wants you to feel at home. The absolute best service I have met in a hotel - outstanding! If I could give them 6 stars I would. Hotel is clean, up to date, has nice bathrooms, bikes to lend (free of charge), umbrella and deckchairs included at the beautiful beach, parking in park house and they take you the upon arrival and drive you back. My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam."

"Not sure if that me or Expedia but place has a parking available however I didn't see an option to add that to the room while booking. When you arrive, street is busy, no place to stop and verify anything. Wife had to go inside and call for a service while I drove around in circles until we were shown a parking space just 50m away from the hotel - like a gated garden area. We were charged the 10 Euro for the parking plus the tax and never saw the lady again. Like an abandoned place. However it was close to the beach and a walking area so overall good location. "
