Staff were warm and very informative with how to get into the heart of Venice by way of public transit. They were attentive to details when I asked how to arrange for a shuttle back to the airport upon check out. Breakfast was perfect and not over done. The enclosed patio was perfect to enjoy breakfast while I enjoyed my coffee. I look forward to staying here again "
