Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. We drove our car to the station (plenty of free parking) and took the train in to Venice each day. I would highly recommend...

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. This hotel was super close to the train station and very easy to find. If traveling with train, no need to hire a porter. Breakfast was decent and all self serve , including the coffee. Rooms are average with European standards but clean. We had the best pizza at a small shack called Al-Volo. Watch for the birds trying to get your food. Staff seemed to be nicer if you were American. When we switched to our native language, there was a shift in the attitude.

EVERYTHING about the hotel was excellent. Great friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL room, wonderful breakfast, cleanliness was impeccable, room darkening shutters kept room very dark for sleeping.
