Large modern family villa, heated pool and lovely gardens in a great location.

"We had a wonderful holiday in Matthew’s villa.The villa was perfect and had everything we needed for our party of 6 adults and 4 children aged between 5 and 8. The villa was extremely well equipped, comfortable and very clean. The outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and pizza oven was a great addition. The pool was a perfect size. The large area surrounding it had enough sunbeds for everyone and plenty of shade. The outside toilet was a great addition as it meant the children (and adults) didn’t have to go into the villa with wet feet!The garden was large and beautifully maintained with a play area for the children and lots of room to explore.Matthew, the host, was wonderful keeping us well informed both at the start and end of our holiday. Due to flight difficulties we didn’t arrive until the early hours but Matthew had arranged for the air conditioning to be on when we arrived for our comfort. We were all amazed by the welcome pack which had everything we needed (and more) to last us until we could get to the supermarket. The information pack was extensive and very helpful.We would highly recommend Matthew’s villa without hesitation and would love to return."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La-Torre. The villa is beautiful and well located with amazing views over the sea - perfect to enjoy an early sunrise morning coffee (which I did, before the children woke up and the pool carnage started!). The pool is great, retains the heat well and it's perfect to cool off in from the midday sun. Michael, the host, was in town to say hello on our departure and was very welcoming and communication throughout our booking and stay was impeccable. I can't recommend this place enough. We will be back!"

"All the 5-star reviews give you the reassurance you need to stay here. We would like to thank Nick and his family for sharing his wonderful home with us. All the pictures and descriptions are accurate. An amazing villa - the outside space is the real star of the show. 3 generations celebrating my 50th birthday - we had an amazing two week holiday. Javea is a great location but a car is definitely recommended if you want to get around. Thanks also to the host Leah, who was always on hand to help with any questions we had."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour à la villa moreno, et nous y reviendrons si nous repassons dans la région. La maison est conforme à l'annonce, une superbe piscine, la clim dans les chambres et la pièce principale. La cuisine équipe avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La communication est fluide avec les propriétaires. A noter, il n'y a pas de rideaux occultants aux fenêtres ce qui peut être dérangeant pour certaines personnes"
