"Je krijgt niet wat je beloofd. De foto’s kloppen niet. Zit nu voor veel geld in een armoedig onderkomen met boven mij schreeuwende en lawaaierige eigenaren die zelf het dakterras bewonen dat via Belvilla (beschrijving en foto’s) aan mij beloofd was. Na 13.30 uur geen zon meer. Echt onacceptabel voor dit geld. De oplossing die weliswaar werd bedacht na mijn klachten hierover, is ver onder de maat.
