"Great location - but it is as small as it looks!j"

"Its a beautiful house just off the Cabot Trail, not far from Cheticamp. Most things are neat, new and shiny. Its a clean and comfortable place to stay, host is responsive. Only 1 small negative was that the sofa had a little bit of musty smell, which I believe can be cleaned up easily. It was surprising because everything else was clean and fresh. I also found the prices to be a bit steep for a 2 bedroom, it would have been justified had it been a 3 bedroom house."

"Location was convenient seems like your in the woods with no neighbors but they are around. Has everything needed to make the stay perfect. The town is very close by lots of music choices so have a great time and enjoy the house just like us. "

"The Lavender House is one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at in a long time. We spent 3 nights out of an 9 day tour of Cape Breton. The house was Impeccably clean, organized and tastefully decorated. Catherine said to help ourselves to any of the goodies she left for us. I figured it would be similar to other places we stayed with some coffee and a couple snacks.
