"Decent enough, needs a little tlc in the bathrooms, loose fixtures and mold around the dispensers in the shower. The window would not close completely, we didn’t mind being on the 16th floor and we like it cooler when sleeping. Beds are firm. Close proximity to a lot of places within a 20 minute walk. Bus and train are within 3-5 minutes. "

"We had a very good experience staying here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they had good breakfast options including grab and go cold items like yogurt, bagels, and cereal as well as hot items like eggs, sausage, and waffles. The room was clean and a comfortable temperature. They were also very accommodating. After our last night, we were switching hotels and they stored our luggage for us until we could check in to our new hotel. The only drawback was the room was quite small. I thought we reserved two queens but the beds were definitely fulls and the room barely fit them. But we made it work and enjoyed our stay!"

"Rooms are very spacious. Much quieter than noisy hotels in Time Square as well. The masseuse in the hotel Spa is excellent. Location is convenient and safe. Subway line is about a 4 min walk and takes you to Time Square in about 15 min. Also a 4 min walk to take a ferry taxi to Brooklyn or NJ side. Would stay here again in our next visit."

"The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was a traditional NY small, but I’m used to it and it was super clean! It’s in a great location close to the train and great food! Would definitely stay there again especially for the price! "
