"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"We had a pleasant time at the nice old house. The place has a lot of space and even with a bunch of people there are enough littleS places to have a quiet time for themselves. Mauro was a very nice and helpful host, and his sister cooked Tuscan food for us - delicious!"

"The villa is very cozy, it's about a 20 minutes drive from Cortona, in the middle of the country side, plan on grabbing groceries and supplies immediately. It's perfect if you want to experience a rustic simple authentic Italian country side life. We love our gift of fresh eggs the day before we left. Thanks."

The owner should be very proud of what he has created here, he has impeccable taste and his attention to detail to ensure the comfort of his guests is an example to others. "Amazing property with wonderful view of Lake Trasimino , 7 bedroom, 8 bathrooms, swimming pool, outside dining, great kitchen and several living rooms all with air conditioning. Shower gel annd tissues etc all provided. Adequately close to supermarkets. Sun beds were a bit tired/ broken."
