"The hotel is a stone’s throw away from Plaza Mayor square and within easy walking distance of all the historical quarter’s baroque buildings. I booked the single room at the back of the hotel which meant a quiet night’s sleep. Receptionist was lovely and helped me in my stuttering Spanish. I really liked the old style furniture with no pretensions. Shower room was immaculately clean"

Could clearly hear the loud electronic beeps from people pressing five digit access codes into the key pads to get into the rooms near mine. (Bring some earplugs if that might wake you up.)"
