"There were no cups at all in the room how do you expect guests to brush their teeth, or use the ice? The in room coffee maker did not work.two staff members told my wife smoking was outside but the casino had smoking areas.the hotel was sparkling clean."

"The overall experience was good. We stayed here 3 nights. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty comparable to most other continental breakfasts - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, oats, etc. Housekeeping is by request only. The garbage cans in the room are extremely small and don't include any extra bags. The mini fridge is only a fridge so don't buy any frozen foods (i.e., ice cream). We learned the hard way."
