The Space:

Let your hosts extend to you a warm Welsh welcome to their large, bright and modern house in a great location in Cardiff. This 4 bedroom house is clearly lovingly cared for, and combines spaciousness with comfort and original Edwardian features. And it’s ready to make you feel right at home.



It’s designed to let large groups of up to 12 stay together and relax, socialize and rest in calm and comfortable surroundings.



Let’s start our quick tour in the lounge which has two sofas (both of which convert to beds) and a pair of armchairs too. Gather in here for a quiet read or a group get-together. And forget boring old telly. This lounge is equipped with a cinema projector on which you can access all the most popular UK TV stations, plus Netflix too.



As well as having a space in which you can all sit and relax together, this 4 bedroom Cardiff house for 12 also has space in which you can eat or work together. The bench style dining table in the dining room is an excellent area that lets you all sit down for a casual or formal meal, or gather to get some work done if you’re visiting Cardiff or South Wales on business. And how about using the table to play some board or card games in here in the evenings?



The kitchen features a modern suite and all the appliances you’re likely to need in order to enjoy self catering accommodation and freedom in central Cardiff. It’s just so much more convenient and better value for money to book this Cardiff house rather than separate Cardiff hotel rooms. You get so much more space in which to socialise together, and you’ll all feel more relaxed in this home-from-home environment.



The quartet of bedrooms are all modern and inviting, with three boasting double beds and the fourth bunk beds, ideal for the younger members (or big kids) in your party. All beds have comfortable mattresses and plumped-up pillows.



To help ensure everyone gets ready on time in the mornings, the house has two bathrooms, a family size bathroom featuring a tub with shower over upstairs, and a shower room downstairs. Like the rest of the rooms in this 4 bedroom Cardiff house, they are bright and modern.

Last, but certainly not least, there’s another space that’s well worth a mention here and that’s the free parking spaces outside the house, so no need to drag your suitcases far when you arrive!

Stay here and you’ll be just a 10-15 minute walk away from Cardiff City Centre and all its shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. Even closer is the Principality Stadium, venue for all kinds of big sporting events, including rugby and international football. So if you’ve got tickets for a big group of you, why not make a real weekend of it by booking to stay here?

Cardiff University – stay here if you’re checking out the university or attending a graduation ceremony

Taff Trail – walk or cycle beside the River Taff (which leads all the way to Brecon) and then put your feet up back here

Getting Around:

Being located so close to the centre of a capital city, you’d expect to be spoilt for choice when it comes to transport options, and you’d be right. As well as having so many of Cardiff’s attractions within easy walking (or cycling) distance, you can easily and cheaply catch buses or taxis to wherever you need to go from here. And Cardiff Central Station is close too, and it’s from here you can catch trains to all kinds of locations, including Barry Island, Swansea and Bristol.

Very comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Hours on the pool table.

Great stay. Keybox code didn’t t work, but management was easy to contact and we were in with new code within 20 minutes. Super nice host staff.
