"Staff at the front counter for both check in and check out were professional, courteous and pleasant. Bartender (Taju sp) was extremely courteous, professional and attentive. Limited dining but ok. Breakfast was just ok, wasn't expecting anything great so was not overly disappointed. Room itself was ok (average). The main issue was the noise factor. There must have been an kids event taking place nearby during our stay as the hallways (on all floors) and the main entrance area were constantly a raceway for kids which we can appreciate. However, the main issue was the occupants you had staying in room 416. They had an ongoing argument (yelling, screaming, cursing, banging furniture, etc) from 8pm right through to 2 - 3 am) on Saturday, April 26/27. I can handle the kids and some of the other minor inconveniences but the constant din from the room next door will make me reconsider returning to this facility. Sincerely, Richard Wilenski "

"The staff at check in were very understanding when I expressed my need for a second floor room (which is what I booked and was initially told was not available). This was addressed and rectified before there was a problem simply by listening to the customer. I love a staff member who can problem solve AND the Colleague, within earshot completely supportive! Something I have noticed sliding since the pandemic. Well, the Kanata Comfort Inn is bringing back Customer Service 🙌"

"We recently stayed at this very cozy boutique hotel and had a wonderful experience. The place has a charming, old-world feel with a lovely historic vibe that made it feel unique and special. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Another big plus was the location there were plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, which made exploring the area so convenient."
