"It was an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately we lost power, no fault of the hotel, but the staff were very accommodating and nice. The beds were comfortable and minimal noise was heard even with the renovations. Overall I would stay here again. "

"This is an excellent hotel especially if you intend on seeing an Ottawa Senator’s game. It is very close to the arena (you do have to drive though), the property is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. They had staff refilling dishes and keeping it clean. It has an excellent selection which included fruits, eggs, meat protein and breads, among many other things. There is a small pool at this location, and a gym that has everything you need. We stayed in a suite. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My only critique is that the pull out is a single bed so if you need it for 4 people you’d be better to book a different room. Overall, highly recommend. "

"The staff are super friendly. The hotel looks to be newer, which I liked. Super close to the Canadian Tire Centre and they offered a shuttle there and back for the Ottawa Senators game (very low fee). We loved this convenience! Every day they had fresh baked cookies out at reception. Was a nice treat and a nice touch. The only thing that wasn’t a wow was the food in the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean and comfortable "

"Had a problem with the toilet running. Eventually we had to turn the water to the toilet off as it was keeping us up all night. When we let the front desk know about the problem all they said was oh sorry about that. What kind of customer service is that? Won't be back "

"We were pushed to a different property( residence) The excuse was plumbing,who knows! The house we ended up in was a further drive, the walkway was not cleared off,so we had to muck our way through the slush, doorstep was extremely slippery due to a build up of ice with fresh snow on top. Very dangerous. No towels until we asked. No coffee pods for the coffee maker that was provided. Narrow staircase into a basement, with no emergency exit in case of fire. Absolutely no improvement for our second night stay. Hotel.com really dropped the ball."
