"Under construction Pool was nice. Lots of construction going on. Clientele was so so . The room next to us was smoking and it was coming into our room. Ice machine wasn’t working Early construction going on Hammering. Lots and lots of stuff everywhere They should put that on the website, that is under construction. The staff was friendly Shower was good. Room could be a little cozier by putting an area rug."

"Front desk lady was not super welcoming. The room smelled so horrible I can’t even describe. I asked for another room and Sergio was accommodating. The second room smelled too but I guess not that bad. All my clothes and belongings smell sooo bad as I got home because of the room. Also I didn’t feel safe walking around. There a lot of people just living in the hotel, people smoking outside and looks like some weird people live there. Breakfast was ok… but again with that smell they shouldn’t be able to allow people to stay, I never experienced a smell like that in any hotels before to the point all my clothes now smell. I won’t be staying there again."

"I love that the facility is terrorist and each room on the outside has a balcony, which is where I ate breakfast each morning. If I stay there again I try to get a front-facing room of the ocean as the view is incredible but there's also a third story observation deck for the view as well. The facility is older but very well maintained and the staff is on it. You can't ask for a better location to me as I could just go across the street and either walk on the beach or walk on the sidewalk above the beach for Miles if I wanted to. The only downside was that someone kept smoking on their patio outside and it blew towards my patio and took away from my enjoyment. The front desk that they would call him but I imagine that something hard to control but it's supposed to be a non-smoking inside and out facility."

"Staff was amazing. Hotel rooms were nice and cleaned. Beds were more on the not so comfy side (too worn out). Restaurant on site TERRIBLE! My husband and 3kids walked in for dinner. They said wait was 10-15 min. Ok fine, we waited, about 1 hour & there were only 2-3 tables with customers ( inside) plus more in outside patio bar. My point is we waited for a while past 9pm & they couldn’t sit us down. We walked out dissatisfied! Terrible customer service!!! We ended up ordering room service because it was too late to head out somewhere."

"We understand check in is at 4 but were disappointed rooms weren’t ready before ( usually they are , but that’s on us ). Room was super noisy , street noise on one side , people walking the halls on the other and people above us (no naps for us ). Was an ok stay just not the vibe we had hoped for"
