A special thank you to Sydney and the team for going above and beyond when we accidentally left behind a personal item. They responded quickly and helped return it to us, which meant so much to our family. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service these days, and this really made our weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to coming back again!"

"The property is so fun. They have a spa, heated pool, table tennis, cornhole and more. They have a restaurant as well. They have a small but very good snack place. They should add redbull to it though. Their coffee area is so yummy and I found myself sitting in the lobby have 2 cups every morning while I waited for my family to wake up. My favorite part about this property is the staff. Oh I loved the staff. By the time I left I really thought they were all my friends and family. The beach is right across the street. But just to observe. You will have to take a generous stroll or jump in the car to get to the place where you would spend the day. Easy to get to down town Carlsbad. We spent the day at Del Mar (total should), an hour or so at Oceanside and the rest enjoying the little town of Carlsbad. But they staff really made the property. Jay was amazing and my new bestie (can’t remember her name, but she’s got braids works the later shift and is faaaab). I’m a horrible new best friend. Anyways, stay here. So central but amazing. "

"Beautiful property. Very comfortable beds and nice bedding. Stuff is excellent! Delicious food in all restaurants and pool cafe. Great pool for the kids. Will come back more for sure! "
