"Cute inside and great location. Walking distance to beach. When we walked into home the fire/furnace was on that made it very inviting. However, no instructions on how to turn off. Followed a 3x5 index card that was for the cleaners in the binder but still would not turn off. Place got very hot and windows do not open so had to open doors. Do not leave any food on counters because the ants will come. Provided coffee but no cream or sugar. States they have kayaks but I wouldn’t trust them and difficult to get to them."

"The location is wonderful!! We could walk to the local dunes and beach easily. We were also happy this house is dog friendly. There was a nice fenced in area where our dog could hang out. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We explored many restaurants and local areas too."

"We wanted a retreat to get away from the every day and do some writing. We ended up with a second honeymoon! STBH is a peaceful, beautiful home right across from the beach. While everyone else was driving up the 1 to find a spot to watch the sunsets, we cozied up on the large deck or inside the living room with picture windows and watched the most spectacular sunsets. When not writing, we found that we were so close to Redwoods forests, vineyards and of course the gorgeous coast. We were able to reconnect with each other and with nature. Will be back!"
