"There is no way this is anything but a 4+ Star hotel. The rooms are very spacious, ours had a vaulted ceiling and skylight, beautifully appointed and featured a million dollar view of the ocean. The complimentary bottle of wine was also a very pleasant surprise! It's a beautiful place to unwind and escape from the world. This is our first time here but will be our hotel of choice whenever we return to Bodega Bay. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Fisherman's cottage. We love Salmon Creek and enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The cottage was very cozy and we loved the charming Cape Cod style decorations. The host left the lights and music on for our arrival which was very welcoming. You can't beat the proximity to the beach which is just a few minutes walk from the house. We would love to have a return visit to this charming cottage by the sea!"

"We wanted a retreat to get away from the every day and do some writing. We ended up with a second honeymoon! STBH is a peaceful, beautiful home right across from the beach. While everyone else was driving up the 1 to find a spot to watch the sunsets, we cozied up on the large deck or inside the living room with picture windows and watched the most spectacular sunsets. When not writing, we found that we were so close to Redwoods forests, vineyards and of course the gorgeous coast. We were able to reconnect with each other and with nature. Will be back!"
