"Excellent location; professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff; trendy and very contemporary art deco design inside, while maintaining the original facade outside; excellent choices for breakfast with a choice of eating inside or on the lovely terrace; bedroom, bathroom and facilities very clean. "Amazing stay! Highly recommended! The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the view incredible! Waking up to sunrise over the mountains, hearing the birds (and rooster!) was so peaceful. The hosts, Jeannette and her husband, were super nice and personable, and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was included and very delicious, with so many choices of beverage and foods, both Italian style and American style . Parking was free and available upon prearranged request, right in front of the building. Walkable to the city if you don't mind the steep climbs. This was a great stay, and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Perugia or the Umbria region."

"A lovely little hotel in a great part of the city. Totally deserves its outstanding rating. Great value for money with a small but comfy room. Chiara was amazing, really friendly and helpful. She also showed me the top floor room with terrace. Spectacular! I’d probably spend the extra for that. Note that the hotel has two flights of stairs but they are very friendly and offer to carry bags. "

"The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "
