I rate it as a step above a hostel that had the amenities as a bathroom but the beds were horrible and the carpet was pretty gross. Cleanness could have been better. We were able to leave our car parked across the street the whole time we were there. The neighborhood is quiet, just removed enough to be away from the crowds, but walkable to all Edinburgh’s main attractions. We were happy there and would recommend it to future guests. "
