However, after a quick call just to verify the sound, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer me a room switch to the other side of the hotel. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent service. "The shuttle to Disneyland is reliable and easy, and they take pains to accommodate rush times. I have never had any problem getting back and forth when I needed to. It's worth staying there just for that. My suggestion for improvement is that the rooms could use some USB charging ports, and the room's desk area wasn't near a convenient outlet for the computer - a bit of rearranging would make this better."
