"From the front desk to the hotel staff on property everyone was so nice and helpful. This was a surprise as the outside looked dated but my family and I have entered the property to eat at the japanese restaurant on site once or twice a month and for my daughters birthday she wanted to stay on property. Definitely happy we did. Room was spacious castle bunkbed was a hit for the kids! And the rooms were clean and beds soft and easy to move around. I will definitely stay again and look forward referring the property to my friends and acquaintances. "

"I love this hotel! This was my 3rd time and it NEVER disappoints! It is so convenient to stay here when we are on a weekend Disney trip. They have a shuttle (for a small fee) that you can use to be dropped off in front of the park. It’s also not too far from the Toy Story parking lot (15 min walk or so) and there are a lot of dining options available. Parking is onsite and easy to park. I think a small downfall was that an elevator was broken and it took a little while for the elevators to go up and down with a line of people waiting. I DEFINITELY recommend! Not too far from the Anaheim packing district was well! :) "

"Amazing place, walking distance from disney. Didn't have the chance to play at the water park but looked great. Friendly staff with the kids, very kind and they answer every question. Room was clean, comfy bed! "
