"Staff were nice. Hotel is old and you have to take a very old elevator to the third floor for the hotel or take the stairs. Room had a weird smell and we had to buy a candle to make the room smell better. Rooms are not what I would call suites, even by Italy standards. We stayed several other places in several other cities, including in Rome and all were nicer than this hotel. It was made worth while by the friendliness of staff"

"Great hotel as very clean and staff is wonderful. Breakfast is really good with lots of choices. TV could be updated to a smart one and the bed could be a little more comfortable but it did not stop us from enjoying our time in Rome. "

"The hotel is not operational, it shouldn’t be open yet. We were met downstairs by a staff with a bucket and broom. They put us in a room right next to the check in desk, quite literally one step away, we could hear all people checking in&out. There is no system in place, they check you in on their phone. There’s still work happening -painting, drilling, tools everywhere. AC is not operational, I opened the window at night because it was so hot just for someone to go outside for a smoke and have all that air in my room. The hotel should not be advertised as fully open, there’s still so much work to be done and the the best part is - the entrance is through a long and dark hallway with uneven stairs, I fully sprained my ankle and ended up in the ER and the hotel is still not offering a refund. I’m very disappointed by my experience. "

The Hotel is centrally located to all you want to see in Rome. The hotel is located Within a mile 1/2 of all major attractions. The staff was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. When we return to Rome we will definitely reserve the same apt. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
