"Outstanding staff! I cannot express how wonderful each and every person was. They treated us more like family than like guests. We were there before and during Ramadan, during the latter, they made every effort to accommodate us. One day I was sick - the front desk clerk walked with my daughter to the pharmacy to get me medicine. The first day of Ramadan they invited us to Iftar, where we, once again, were treated like family. "The property seemed like with a little TLC it could do better , check in process was nice , the rooms super spacious , it’s just little things ( cracked wall behind the bathroom door , shower floor was stained , showerhead holder nearly coming off the walll , bed moves away from the wall like it’s not attached to anything , really simple things that tells a lot about quality control in the hotel , really a shame seemed like an over zealous manager trying to cut corners the place has so much potential "
