"After booking late on the day of of our stay due to Air B & B letting us down the staff were amazing getting us checked in, very helpful & friendly even offering us water on our arrival. "These are Luxury rooms. Entrance is a big downside, and then access to 2nd floor. Once you are on 2nd floor, then you feel better. The room was good and clean. But thunderstorm in the night brought up some of its deficiencies, like rain water came inside and its traditional green windows were making noise, i could not sleep well. "Great location for walking around Naples and taking the ferry to Capri or Sorrento. We accidentally went there on a holiday and traffic was pretty busy but normal and easy when we left. We highly recommend this hotel!"
