"Cleaning was ok"

"Great location. Stayed 4 days. Had no maid service for 4 days but that we agreed to. Check out time was 10:00. That was a little early I thought. We had a 1 hour time change and daylight savings time so it felt like we checked out at 8:00 AM. Housekeeping stopped us and scolded us because the room was "dirty" Didn't think it was that bad. Definitely did not need to be scolded by her. She also complained about a tip. In a $700/day room, I thought that should be covered. Not worth the money. Our view was of a wall and a dumpster. Good accommodations of cooler, towels and beach chairs. Need to walk 3 blocks for public beach access."

"Hotel is centrally located. Lobby and pool area very nice. Breakfast offerings were the same everyday. Rooms showed the property's age. Ok stay."

"One of my worst experiences in years. TV was all static, had to call for help, wait for someone to arrive to tell me to dial 251 on remote get to a very non-functional guide. Charged $4 for a coke from the bar gun because it was 'free refills'...I just wanted one coke. "Guest" Laundry was full of resort towels for a couple hours... Didn't restock our Keurig, and then charged us $9 for coffee - same dumb reason and again...we just wanted one cup of coffee. The resort has free ice tee - but not free basic coffee in the morning. Trying to deal with climate control with a 20 button remote that made no sense and was just icons that you couldn't really see sucked and temp in the room was very up and down. Black-out curtains don't actually cover the whole window and lights left on right outside, lot of light coming in from hallway through 2" gap in door. Then, after we finally decided to roll with all the above - on our second to last morning, we checked Breakfast time, open till 11 it said. We show up at 10:37 and were refused service, they said "there isn't enough people staying here to keep it open so we closed 7 minutes ago"..... I asked where that was posted or how did they try and let us know as we had been in the room all morning and could have had breakfast earlier...front desk just looked at me blankly and said 'Oh'. Seriously, that was the only response. Not what can we do for you, the kitchen was still open for lunch they couldn't make some eggs??? Just bad"

"Clean and comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s rest. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy, making the whole experience smooth and convenient. Would definitely stay again. Kim"

"Short walk to beach and lots restaurants. Kate at front desk was a pleasure to have there. Rooms were spotless and very nice. Free bikes, beach chairs , water and ice. Nice pools & places to sit. "
