"super easy check in"

"."

"First off, the managers was nice. That’s it. The employees were terribly rude. Our refrigerator was leaking, getting my Louie wet and food spoiled. Got moved to another room, after the employee was terribly rude, and asked us to bring all our belongings down at 1 in the morning and get the key. Then take it all back upstairs. Then cutting us off multiple times and not answering us after voicing our concerns. and then moved us to a room that was blocked, with no view, we were there for 4 days....

"Great staff"

"We have stayed here previously a few times, clearly the property has changed ownership. Upon being in the property we found out it also is listed as a Hostel not just a hotel. This does bring other types of cliental that we were not comfortable with. Breakfast was negligible with old rusty furniture in the room, Staff was not pleasant. Called about tv channels disappearing, no hot water for the 3 days we were there. Rooms were dirty and neglected. First day we were there we had good cable...

"great place"

"Convenient location to arts district and museums. Staff were friendly and gave a gift voucher to next door bakery. Main complaint is how loud the AC was especially when it kicks on suddenly."

"Immaculate, most courteous staff, room comfy and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Lots of happy families, enjoying the inclusive breakfast."

"Charming!"

"would not have breakfast there, housekeeping in rooms fair"
