"I can’t fault this hotel or its staff. Having read previous reviews that stated about issues with the lighting systems in rooms I was slightly worried. However, we had no such issues and found our room to be extremely comfortable and the lighting easy to navigate. I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness after my daughter injured her knee in the hotel lobby. They showed concern and gave her ice to help with the swelling. In the following days they checked on her well being. This was very much appreciated."

"Check in was seamless. We were returning from Sardinia. It was about a 10 minute taxis ride from the airport. We departed the following morning back to the State We arrived early and they held our luggage so we could go into the city. The room was immaculate and a nice size with a great bathroom and large shower. Complementary water was a nice touch. We will definitely stay there again. "

"We had a great 8 night stay. Free breakfast was excellent, & so were Marco (he makes an excellent cappuccino) and his staff. Hotel was in a great location, near plenty of public transport options as well as within walking distance to downtown Sorrento. Would stay there again. "

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, including holding our bags and supporting our desire to lounge by the pool after check-out before our afternoon train. We felt so welcomed, and the value for the cost of the room was outstanding! The room was large, luxurious, and very comfortable. The full breakfast was sumptuous, and the pool and foodservice by the pool were fantastic. We enjoyed a sunset at the cocktail bar on the rooftop. And we loved the area - a quiet and very pleasant escape from the chaos of crowded Sorrento. The beach at the end of the street and the local restaurants completed our wonderful weekend experience. We will definitely return! Thank you for a great stay!"
