"First, I never got an email to check in.It turns out that all of the guest had the same issue, no email from the host with the checking in information. It took about 30 minutes to get t he info emailed to me. Once we checked in, the bathroom sink was plugged, the garbage disposal did not work, the microwave did not work, no hot water in the kitchen a and the floors were filthy. "Pros: our room was ready early, and it was clean and had lots of natural light. Cons: Our room didn't have a TV remote, alarm clock, or a way to plug in phones. Also the shower had only one temp which was burning hot and no amount of turning knobs would bring the temp down. We reported the problems. A remote was delivered after a 30 min wait."
