"The room was ok , the bed sheets seemed clean but the shower was not clean , it literally had dirt and hair. I always care with me a can of Lysol and use it before stepping in :) I get a lot of dirty showers even in newly renovated rooms . The lobby and the entrance somehow doesn’t give a nice clean feeling , many scratches, stains and cracks. The pool is cold and no hot tub. The breakfast is good with many options , in 3 nights of our stay , one day the breakfast room was totally dirty , floors were literally filthy juice, food hard to find a way to walk around . The next day was nice and clean and organized , I guess it depends on the staff . Overall the hotel is good , renovated a lot but it looks like it’s not in good hands / management. "

"We enjoy staying here when we come into town for events at the Holland Center. We love shopping on Howard Street and being walking distance from these locations. The room and bed are very comfortable."
