"The hotel facility was modern and clean. The location was also good. The staff and breakfast were excellent. Most hotels are on the the hill and highly recommend taking taxi to get to the hotel."

The facilities are nice, and the location is excellent — perched beautifully with great views over the city and surrounding hills. The staff were genuinely good and attentive, making the stay pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel has that classic elegant feel. That said, the famous swimming pool was a bit disappointing — nothing remarkable in reality, and the photos definitely make it look better than it is. Parking is available but comes at an extra cost. All in all, a good hotel in a wonderful spot. Worth considering, especially if the view and location are your priorities."

"We stayed for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The location is great: just a minute’s walk from the bus terminal (perfect for our day trip to Assisi) and easy escalator access to the city center. Rooms were spacious for a European hotel, and the modern facilities are well-maintained. The included breakfast was satisfactory. Note that the gym and pool require an extra fee - I didn’t have time to use them anyway, but it was a bit surprising. "
