"Helpful and very friendly staff. A few more amenities in the rooms would be nice (kettle and tea/coffee, for example). A couple of the lifts/elevators stopped working but were fixed very quickly. "Surprisingly breakfast on Oct 17th has salads, cauliflower, etc and was "very good" as compared to Sept 17th where there were no "greens" at all. Check-in was fast & majority of the hotel staff are diligent & friendly. With the 24 hrs free airport shuttle, this is a highly recommended hotel for transit passengers."
