"The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and were very clean. The colosseum is just down the street so we went back in the evening to see it lit up. NOTE that there is only someone on duty during certain hours so make sure they’re there when you want to check in!"

"Checked in with staff at the bar at coming out. Easy check in process and convenient location. Set up a shuttle service through them which was very easy. Room was clean and cleaned daily if you’d like. Came with a water bottle and nespresso machine/pods and complimentary Prosecco at the bar which was a nice spot for a drink and snack/happy hour. AC, modern shower, comfy bed! Only downside was loud bar downstairs and bright room without good curtain. (both we read about in advance) but was fine...

"Prime location, but it's not really a hotel, rather a apartment suite converted to individual rooms with shared common corridor. Some washrooms are separate from the actual bedroom by the corridor, but ours is in suite, probably the original master bedroom. There is no front desk or staff, thus the room service is rather limited. They didn't really clean our room during our stay, just changed towels and refolded our sheet. For example the garbage bin isn't emptied. Overall not a bad budget...

"Simple hotel with no ammenities near main train station in Rome. Hotel doesn't reach out to you for check in instructions, so it's up to you to do it. Thank you to other reviewers, we knew it's actually Hotel Enrica (not Hotel Serendipity) that we look for on maps. Luckily they let us check in same day, and LOVE the early check in. Super convenient when traveling from one city to another and you have bags and are tired. Walls are thin and locals who live in building are quite loud at all hours...

"Tien was a lovely host and gave us a great basic guide to the city upon arrival. All the staff we met were hospitable and helpful. The private room included two safes for storage of valuables, and ample place to store clothes and other stuff. The shared (w one other room) bathroom was very clean, though the hot water wasn't the most plentiful. "Super cute guest house hotel within walking distance to shops and very good restaurants (some open late). Stayed here for the night for an early flight from CIA. Great service and cute town. We enjoyed a late night stroll to a hip and good burger joint. Would stay here again for sure - and not just for a flight. "Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. I explained that I was given 2 however 1 has already been taken and I have 3 more...

"The space is clean and modern. There is a metro stop within a short walk. The street noise can be loud and there is no on-site parking. "

"We had a great stay at Sixtythree. We had booked last minute and Gaetano was very fast to communicate a flexible check in time with us. Alex greeted us on arrival and was very accommodating. The place is right across the road from the train station and many food places otherwise a short walk to the main town. Was really nice that the apartment was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels and sheets after a couple days stay. Would recommend!"
